If you want to use your Surveillance system remotely and have dynamic IP address, you have to use DDNS service.
Hikvision Cameras, DVRs and NVRs are easily configured to be accessed from outside its local network.
Every Internet provider will provide IP address. However 99% home owners and 80+% will have dynamic IP address, which will change on regular basis. In some cases it can change every 2 hours. Using Hikvison DDNS can help you out.
By using DDNS, we can create name for our IP address that will be associated with our Dynamic IP address.
